This Past Week
Good evening,
As we all reflect upon the horrific acts in the Greater Boston area and the explosion that took place in West, Texas, please pray for all the victims and families affected.
Yesterday certainly had all of us on the edge of our seats and in constant fear for the safety of our fellow commonwealth brethren.
Thank goodness for all the first responders, authorities (federal, state and local) and average citizens that make us all proud to live here in the commonwealth. Governor Patrick and Mayor Menino did a great job in leading the charge. Citizens providing tips and pictures from Monday to authorities allowed for this to be solved quickly. We needed closure in order to get back to some sense of normalcy.
Hug your children and families extra tight this weekend. We will all be looking forward to join together again on Monday as the MKG family.
Take care and enjoy the remainder of vacation.
Mr. Cateon

Week of April 1 - 5
MCAS
We continue to move on through the testing. Grades 3 and 5 are done and Grade 4 will finish tomorrow (Tuesday). We will then need to complete make-ups for the rest of the week. All students in the school have been kind and considerate about the testing. Corridors and bathrooms are quiet. Thank you to all of our "Goode" students.
Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
We will continue to collect monies for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society until Friday, April 12th. The collection bottles are found in our Dining Room. Please feel free to send in change and/or bills in an effort to help this charity. Thank you for your efforts thus far.
Vacation
School vacation will take place from Monday, April 15th - Friday, April 19th. Enjoy the upcoming days off.
